Selena started her career as an 11 year old when she went to audition for the TV show Wizards of Waverly Place. . From the moment she was accepted, her life changed.
She started acting in other films such as Ramona and Beezus, Princess Protection Program, Another Cinderella Story, etc.
Shortly after beginning her acting career, she started writing songs and now has three albums.
Selena has always wanted to make a difference in the world and goes around doing charity work. In 2008, she was designated as a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador.
I really like Selena Gomez and I think that her best quality is her smile. When you see pictures of her smiling, you want to also smile! I think she is a great role model for teenagers and more people should be as generous and kind as she is. Now, I am not saying that she is perfect...no she isn't and of course she has made some mistakes, but who doesn't do that?
